• Joined Medical Education as a Lecturer in 2003, became Assistant Professor in 2008, Associate Professor in 2013, Professor (CAP) in 2018. 

• Published eight papers in peer reviewed indexed journals. 

• PG examiner for KUHS, National Board of Examinations  and Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University. Administrative expertise for 13 years, as ARMO, RMO, Telemedicine coordinator of Alappuzha Medical college.  

• District collectors award for administraive excellence in 2016
